Restaurant 818 @ Tmn Kingfisher

Angeline Tuesday, January 5, 2010 , , , , , ,

Very often, whenever we feel lazy to go out for food hunting, we will end up having dinner at Restaurant 818. Not because it is delicious or good but just because it is convenient and the prices are quite reasonable.

For some, it is such a monotonous to order the same dishes most of the time but for us, it is just our preferences. Maybe it is also toward the safest side. We couldn't expect much on the tastes of the dishes in Restaurant 818, hence, ordering Sweet and Sour Fish, Stir-fry Choysum with Garlic and Sabah Vegetables with Egg might be a good choice. In additions, we also ordered a Seaweed Meat Soup.

The Sweet and Sour Fish tasted just so-so. The gravy was quite good but it was too bad that the fish wasn't fresh enough. I can tasted the unpleasant smell when I bite through the fish fillet (maybe it was just me or maybe I'm just too sensitive with seafood smell).

Seaweed Meat Soup, RM8

Sabah Vegetable with egg, RM8

Choy Sum with Garlic, RM6

Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, RM10

Dinner tonight, RM37

I love vegetables, if I don't have it for 1 day I will feel uneasy. But this few days, sick, only had cup noodle and bread
