I felt like having Bak Kut Teh tonight, after watching Wolfman at 1Borneo we window shop for a while, then went for dinner. When I walk into the restaurant, I realized that they have more tables inside, I always thought they have this few table only. Well the food taste quite good but a bit pricey cause the restaurant is in the mall, if you compare with the Bak Kut Teh in KK town or Gaya Street.
Dry Bak Kut Teh, RM13.90 (Cook with Dry Cuttlefish and Dark Soy Sauce)
 Kailan with Oyster Sauce, RM6
Choy Sum with Oyster Sauce, RM6
 Tau Fu Pok, RM2
Bak Kut Teh Mixed Pork, RM23.90 (2 person serving)
 Total paid for dinner, RM63.30
More tables inside

When passing by the escalator from the carpark to Citymall, we had always noticed the banner of Bunga Raya Cafe but never had a chance to try it out. As we saw their Set Lunches price are reasonable, we decided to check out the place today.

Total paid for lunch, RM58.25 (meal for 4 person)
 Orange juice (refillable)
Come with drink when you order any value meal (orange juice only)
 Appertizer
Come with appertizer (salad) and drink (orange juice) when you order western food value meal)
Chicken Chop with Mushroom Sauce, RM15.99
The Chicken Chop with Mushroom Sauce portion was quite big as it comes with two pieces of chicken chop and plenty of potatoes. Taste wise, it was good. The sauce was creamy and the chicken chop was  evenly grilled until the meat are tender. Worth a try and definitely better than Upperstar.
 Celyn Club Sandwich, RM12.99
The Celyn Club Sandwich was not bad as well but it would be better if the bread was toasted. The fillings of the sandwich included ham, cheese, egg and some fresh vegetables.
 Mee Hoon Soto Ayam, RM7.99
The Soto Ayam was surprisingly good. Tasted like the original Indonesian's broth. The portion was quite big as well with plenty of eggs and chicken meat. Yummy!
Mee Hoon Curry with Chicken, RM8.99
The Mee Hoon Curry with Chicken was quite good. Not very thick curry but it reminded me of my school canteen's curry noodle. It comes with plenty of eggs, chicken meat and fried bean curd.
 ABC, RM6.99
The ABC was nice. Syrup was serve separately and you can add in at your own preference. Comes with lots of ingredients including longan, cincau, green bean, peanut and corn.

Today Meditation:
Happiness cannot come from without. It must come from within.
It is not what we see and touch or that which others do for us
which makes us happy; it is that which we think and feel and do,
first for the other person and then for ourselves.
Helen Keller

One is happy as a result of one's own efforts--once one
knows the necessary ingredients of happiness--simple tastes,
a certain degree of courage, self-denial to a point, love
of work, and, above all, a clear conscience.
