Beef Steamboat Set RM13.00
Advertised in Daily Express Newspaper, Hi Seoul is currently having some promotion on the Set Meal. Price range from RM10 to RM13 which seems to be pretty reasonable.
photo
The Beef Steamboat Set consisted of the soupy beef which was cooked with Korean glass noodle, baby pak choy, onion, carrot, white raddish and pumpkin, a bowl of steamed rice and some cold dishes. At first taste of the beef will send some sweet and savoury taste to your brain. Very good indeed. But after several spoon fulls of the soup, the sweet taste tend to become a little bit intolerable. Eaten with rice, it was perfectly match.

Restaurant Lafite was where I had my lunch today. Gorgeous interior . So urban and stylish. First thing I saw was this! I was so eager to take photo of it. It’s just so pretty. They have this cool flower deco on the dining table. It’s real flowers of course. Some has round or square flower decos. Really cool. The showcase which I initially thought they placed fake food display there.. You know, to tell you how your food would look like! But no it isn’t. Teehee. It’s where you get a free flow of appetizers.

Ever since the original Wor Tip's stall and Grilled Fish's stall had relocated to Kedai Kopi New Mui Vui, the heavy crowds at Kedai Kopi Chuan Hin had eventually lessen. Being curious with the new stalls at Kedai Kopi Chuan Hin, we returned for a second visits.

Wat Tan Ho with Prawns RM6.00
Generously given prawns, choy sum and stir-fried Koay Teow swimming in egg's gravy. The dish consisted of fragrantly good Koay Teow taste, succulent prawns flavour, sweet choy sum flavour and savoury egg's gravy taste. It was good.

One of the 'hot-pick' of the night was the Japanese food corner at Nagisa which offered fresh sashimi as well as some Japanese delicacy.

Highlight of the night was the Dessert corner which consisted of the Chocolate Fountain, Crepes section, premium Ice Cream, local ABC, cakes and pastries.

One of mum's friend highly recommended us to dine here. It was empty when we reach here but 5 minutes later the table were all fully occupied, you can hardly get a seat. Everyone seems to order the same dish here, Yong Tau Foo, Pork Leg Vinegar, Braised Yam with Pork Belly and Ginger Wine Chicken, I guess this place is popular for hakka dish. I read some reviewed from other food bloggers and found out they also highly recommend us to try the dishes I mention earlier. We waited about 15 minutes for our food to be serve, fair enough cause it take a bit of time for the steamed fish to be cooked.

Yeah, my birthday night~! We have been discussed for so many places especially those one at Solaris but in the end Mr TTM aka our client & his gf, Evelyn brought me & FT to this special restaurant –Mum’s Place. I called it special not only bcuz of its nice nyonya & local food but the furniture. Yes, furniture. All the furniture, including tables, chairs, lamp, wall…. Anything in the restaurant that you fond of, you can buy it away~ and thus you can call it “Home Passions Furniture Gallery & Restaurant Mum’s Place”.
Menu

One thing that you should know is that reservation is necessary in order for you to get a nice seat. It is a very big restaurant but it is always full house too. We didn’t make any reservation but the seats that we got were not so nice.
