My Burger Lab @ Seapark, PJ

My Burger Lab, created by 3 young men with a mission to serve decent juicy burger is the popular burger joint in Klang Valley now, many people have been queuing up for a taste of their charcoal bun burgers with freshly handmade juicy patties. Although the price are slightly higher compared to the fastfood chains but all ingredients here are made from scratch, baking their own charcoal buns, used of top ingredients: beef patties made from grass fed Australian beef, combination of Californian Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Swiss American Cheese perfectly melt over the patties with quality assurance. Dare to try their Signature's Peanut Butter and Jam with meat patty burger that is exceptionally good with a sticky, creamy, sweet peanut butter and jam flavor spreading over a juicy meat patty of your choice (chicken/beef).

Angeline Tuesday, February 19, 2013 , , , , , ,

When you are in Ho Chi Minh City, try to stay nearby Cho Ben Thanh, this is a central area for tourist attractions. You can conveniently walk to the presidential palace, cathedral and etc. Ben Thanh Market is the largest indoor marketplace in the city, the most famous as well centrally located in the city of Saigon and is the liveliest areas. No visit to Ho Chi Minh would be complete without experiencing the chaos and madness of the Ben Thanh Market. You can find out more about Saigonese daily life here, their food, clothes and daily used items: vegetables, meats, spices, sweets, tobacco, clothing, hardware and etc. Also quite a selection of souvenir items but you will need to bargain efficiently here, as prices are usually higher than elsewhere.

Night Markets in Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City

Angeline Saturday, February 16, 2013 , , , ,

Night markets have contributed to making Ho Chi Minh City charms and the main attraction for visitors. The night market is the best place to sample Vienamese traditional cuisines that are not available in restaurant. Eating and drinking on the street is very popular in Vietnam and their night markets offer a great window into the life of the city. If there is a chance I highly recommended you to join the crowds eating on the street for an experienced that can't be matched by a hotel restaurant.

For my dining experience, Yuzu's service staffs are attentive and helpful. The restaurant is decorated with a Zen style of interior which create an warm and elegant ambient.
