The Ngiu Chap at 6th floor of Wisma Merdeka is not one that to belittled. It was already well-known by the working crowds around gaya street area. I happened to discovered this shop, two years ago when one of my friend brought me there for lunch.

The clear broth was light but does not lacked of flavour. I noticed that most patrons ordered the Kolo Mee, it was probably because of the nice beef stewed gravy being added to the Kolo Mee which makes it tasted extra flavourful. As for the soup version, the beef was so tender and fragrantly good with spices taste. I regretted for not opting for 'only beef' instead of 'mixed beef'. However, the beef tendons, meat ball and beef intestines do tasted not bad as well. With the 'hot' chili sauce, it created the 'oomph' effect while having it. If you are lucky, you will get 'the extra hot' chili sauce specially made by the aunty. Next time you are there, try your luck by asking for the 'green chili sauce'.
