With a little twist to the original recipe of Wat Tan Ho, instead of egg's gravy, the koay teow was wrapped with an omelet, which created a new texture and unique flavour to the dish. Stir-fried Noodle or also widely known as Chow Mein, is a popular Asian dish you can find not only in Malaysia but also in the Western countries. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
