Conclusively Bak Kut Teh can be categorize into two groups. One is the original Klang version which features thick broth and strong scent of herbs and spices. The other type is a bit more watery with milder herbs flavour.
Pao Xiang which was originated from Klang, offers the original Klang version of BKT.
Chinese Tea
Traditionally, while having BKT, it is advisably to drink Chinese Tea as it could wash-down the excessive greasy taste in our mouth from the pork.
Our Meal

BKT (lean meat) RM9.50
The most important element of BKT was the broth. First sip of the broth, I can tasted an incredibly rich flavour of herbs and spices. The meat was tender and nicely cooked.
BKT (Pork belly) RM9.50
Although the lean meat was meaty, I enjoyed the pork belly or more well-known as Wu Hua Rou. The meat was tender and smoother compared to lean meat.

BKT (Ribs) RM9.50 per bowl
The Pork Ribs is an all-time-favourite. Meaty and porkylicious! The meat was infused with the herbs taste which made it tasted so good.
BKT (Small Bone)
The skin was perfectly smooth and tender. A dish not to be miss.
Yau Char Kwai RM4.00
Choy Sum RM8.50
I'm really impressed with the BKT at Pao Xiang. No doubt it was one of the best in Klang.
