Yummy Duck Roast House @ Kuchai Lama

Angeline Wednesday, December 7, 2011 , , , ,

Yummy Duck Roast House is a cosy restaurant located in Jalan Kuchai Lama, it has been in business since 2009. Chef William Low (20 years of experience in the culinary industry) owned and run the restaurant, his culinary journey started in his 20s working as a junior chef in Grand Millennium Hotel KL which gave him an opportunity to learn from renowned Hong Kong chefs. He foresee a demand for Hong Kong style Roast House, so he decided to venture into it. Focusing on roast duck (local) and goose (imported) as their house specialty, which consistently roasted to perfection, crispy skin and tender meat. Another signature dish is the Three Combination Noodle, the springy noodles are imported from Hong Kong and serve together with of this 3 combination roast duck, roast chicken, roast pork belly, BBQ Char Siew, spare ribs, wanton, dumpling and minced pork. Highly recommended: Roast Duck, BBQ Char Siew, Peking Duck, Black Pepper Smoked Duck, Mongolian Spare Ribs and their springy noodles (imported from Hong Kong). You'll get a hotel standard food at a reasonable price here.
