San Francisco Steakhouse which prides itself to be a cool, hip and happening place for steak lover. San Francisco has come up with a new menu which offers the ultimate steak experience with the largest and most juicy steaks this festive season.

The new menu which includes a children's menu comprises of a selection of hearty appertizers, mouthwatering ribs and steaks, delicious combos of sorts from chicken to finger-licking tast lobsters to other mouthwatering seafood varieties, such as salmon, for sharing with friends and family.

All the sumptous recipes are the innovative tasty creations of Executive Chef Shoun Shong and the culinary team at San Francisco Steakhouse who has a quest for excellence in food preparation which demands perfection and authenticity in the culinary offerings.


Executive Chef Shoun Shong is a veteran in the culinary scene in Kuala Lumpur He developed a passion for cooking during his high school days, coming from a generation of family who cooked and ran a restaurant business. He has a track record of 16 years of experience in the industry having started out as a kitchen helper and progressing to become a sous chef and now, an executive chef.

As an innovative chef, he has mastered signature dishes in his culinary journey which includes Pasta Seafood Thai, Chicken Mayo Dumpling and warm Chocolate Cake. At San Francisco Steakhouse, he leads the pastry creations for the cakes and desserts counter. He has his own recipe book published in Malaysia titled "Shong's Western Cuisine" published by Famous Cuisine
