Kung Pao Cuttlefish
The sauce for the Kung Pao cuttlefish was just as deftly applied, but it had much more spice. The pieces of cuttlefish were lightly dredged before hitting the wok, which gave them just a little crispness on the outside. Inside, the fish was tender and just a little toothsome like good calamari. 
 
Pan-fried FIsh
Pan-frying fish is, perhaps, the most delicious way to cook any non-fatty fish. The coating protects the flesh from direct heat and helps keep the fish moist, while also providing a browned and crispy or crunchy crust. Lightly seasoned with dark soy sauce and garnished with coriander, it is another perfect dish to go with rice.
 
Steamed Minced Pork with Tung Choy (Preserved Vegetables)
Steamed Minced POrk with Tung CHoi is normally a home-cooked dish loved by kids. These humble yet tasty dish goes really well with steamed rice.
