Kedai Kopi Yun Heng Baru @ Foh Sang

Wat Tan Ho, which is completely immersed in clear, egg's gravy, is one of my favourite dish. Although it is a dish widely available in most Asian's restaurants, to cook a good plate of Wat Tan Ho is easier to said than done. Firstly, the noodles must be smooth and fragrantly good. The egg's gravy must had a great balanced of flavours and the texture shouldn't be too gluey.

Wat Tan Ho with Seafood RM8.00
The Flat rice noodle was lightly stir-fried with soy sauce, then topped with egg's gravy cooked with seafood and choy sum.

Stir-fried Hor Fun with Beef RM5.50
Stir-fried Hor Fun with Beef is another staple Cantonese dish. A well-cooked plate of Stir-fried Hor Fun with Beef consists of smooth noodle texture, tender beef and flavourful taste. However, it might not be too greasy too.
