'Sage Restaurant and Wine Bar is about dining in modern elegance and tempting your palate with delectable French and Japanese nouvelle cuisine.' The definition of the restaurant was simply amusing. How can I miss it?
Complimentary bread - tasted just great; crusty and soft
Prices of the food in the Menu are on the higher end. However, they did offer some Set Menu for Lunch and Dinner which seems to be reasonable; Set Lunch RM100nett, Sage Dinner RM150nett and Gourmet Dinner RM170nett. We settled for Sage Dinner as it offers more value for money.
Amuse Bouche - served as an excitement of the taste bud
We ordered the Sage Dinner which comes with Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert.
Cream of Porcini Soup Infused with White Truffle Oil
The creamy taste of the soup tantalized my taste bud. Infused with White Truffle Oil, the aroma was just too great to be resisted.
Seared Foie Gras with Dark Grapes and Red Wine Reduction
The dish offers a myriad of flavour and texture! The velvety smooth foie gras leaves a trail of bovine juice in your mouth
Wagyu Tenderloin A la Plancha with Sauce Red Wine and Foie Gras
The Wagyu Tenderloin and Foie Gras impeccably fresh. The beef tasted so succulent, tender and delicious while the foie gras leaves a very rich flavour behind.

Wagyu Ribeye A la Plancha with Green Asparagus
The meaty Wagyu Ribeye had sufficient fat to produce a moist and tender result. It was so juicy and flavourful. The beef seems to be melted on your palate.
Fresh Melon with White Wine Jelly and Honeynew Sorbet
The sorbet is a good way to cleanse the palate after the scrumptious meal.

Baked Fuji Apple in Phyllo Pastry and Caramel Ice Cream
Sweet Caramel Ice Cream with pastry filled with apple doesn't seems to be a wise choice. Nothing to be shout home about.
