Kedai Makan Or Hwu at the town center where you can find the Fuzhou Fried noodles. It is located near the garden where endangered Lesser Adjutant Stork (Parit Jawa) from China make it their home. There are hundreds of the stork at the garden. The town council here has build a fencing to protect the stork as it is an endangered species. We had a good lunch here.
Meatballs
Minced pork and liver balls are stuffed into pig intestines before deep-fried, very tasty
 
Fuzhou fried noodle
 Famous local noodle which is quite similar to Hokkien noodle and is homemade,  contained no preservative.
 
Stir-fried greens with garlic are always good for health.
Tofu soup
 
Fuzhou Fish Balls 
Saitou Fishball made from saitou fish (Ikan Parang in malay)) is another famous dish found here

Before we head to the concert, we did stop by Albert Centre for a quick meal. Food price are quite reasonable, started from S$2/S$3/S$4
