Their breads and pastries are baked all day using natural yeast, in a traditional stone oven which imparts a unique flavour and texture to the breads and pastries. There are over 60 varieties of breads and pastries are served at Levain. Their Japanese baker and patissier working together with their Australian patissier and local bakers to come up with an average of 4 new items monthly.
