Food include congee, Wonton noodle, rice, Cantonese barbecued items, Chinese dishes and traditional Hong Kong Styled Café cuisine such as Hong Kong Style Milk Tea and Coffee. Apart from the traditional Chinese cuisine, Hang Heung's Kitchen is also one of the pioneers to combine "Speakeasies (私房菜)" into the restaurant business

The first outlet of Hang Heung's Kitchen was opened in New World Centre at Tsim Sha Tsui on Oct 27, 2002. Tsim Sha Tsui is the famous attraction point to the tourist; it is because there are many museum, hotels and shopping center. New World Centre is well known to the tourist and to the local people, because it has been built for over 20 years. The customer of Hang Heung's Kitchen during the weekday is the office white-collar working people at the New World Centre. And during the weekend, customer will be the shopper and tourist. For the past 3 months, Hang Heung's Kitchen at New World Centre has already gained lots of loyalty customer and reputation in the Hong Kong. Hang Heung's Kitchen has been interviewed by most of the local newspaper, Japanese newspaper and the local magazines. The success of Hang Heung's Kitchen has been reflected in our revenue, as it has been shown on their financial statement.
