Homecooked Food @ Home, 1Borneo Condo

When it comes down to feeding your body and mind, nothing is superior to preparing your food from scratch, with quality ingredients and served with love.

Due to our busy working schedule, most of the time we dine-out instead of eating at home. However, once in a blue moon, we will take some own sweet time to prepare some healthy home-cooked food with NO MSG.
Homemade Yong Tau Foo
From my mom's recipe, the stuffing for the Yong Tau Foo was made from a meat paste of fish and chicken with spring onion. Served with a distinctive homemade brown sweet bean paste sauce (not in the photo), the dish goes perfectly with steamed rice or to be eaten by itself.

Chicken and Button Mushroom in Tomato Sauce
Chicken cubes and button mushroom cooked with onion in tomato sauce is another favourite dish of our family since our childhood. The sweet and sourish flavours of the gravy tasted appetizingly good especially when eaten with rice.
