Simple setting with open-air dining area, the restaurateur provided no Menu as they caters mostly to the regular customers.

Stir-Fried Noodle with Char Siu
Spotted a patron from a neighbour's table having the Stir-fried Noodle with Char Siu, I ordered one for myself too. Fragrant with savoury wok taste, the noodle consisted of savoury with a hint of sweetness and dark soy sauce flavour. The choy sum and bean sprouts eliminated the greasy taste of the stir-fried noodle.
 
Beaufort Noodle with Char Siu
Springy noodle topped with thick gravy cooked with sweet choy sum and flavourful Char Siu. Deliciously flavour! Personally, I like the lean Char Siu which was well marinated and tasted sweet.
 
 
 
Beaufort Noodle with Fish Fillet
Highly recommended dish, the Beaufort Noodle with Fish Fillet comes with a few pieces of fresh and thick fish fillet. Succulent and flaky, the fish fillet taste was simply irresistible. Consumed with the springy noodle in thick gravy, it was really delicious.
