Prapeni Thai @ Putatan

Angeline Saturday, January 29, 2011 , , ,

Mention about Thai cuisine, the distinct hot and sour flavours of Tom Yam, will first come to our mind. With fragrant herbs generously used, the basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chili peppers.

A little further-up from the town, lie the restaurant offering the Thai cuisine. Prapeni Thai located by the roadside, can easily be spotted by passer-by.
