Well-known for its Stewed Fish Head with Bean Paste Sauce, Kedai Kopi Tong Fung which is located at a pretty secluded area in Inanam, only operated during the daytime.

Hung Siew Yue Tao (Stewed Fish Head with bean paste sauce), RM10.00
Being the signature dish of the shop, it seems to be a must to order one. Deep-fried Fish Head coated with flavourful gravy garnished with coriander and spring onion. 
Fresh Fish Head Mee Hoon, RM10.00
Succulent fresh Fish Head with delicious Ham Choy soup. The sourish and sweet soup was good and goes well with the noodle.
Deep Fried Fish Head Mee Hoon, RM10.00
The deep-fried version tasted a little savoury compared with the Fresh fish head. Due to the deep-frying process, the fishy taste had been eliminated. I personally preferred the deep-fried version.
