Monday Pasta Madness @ Bella Italia, Gaya Street

Angeline Wednesday, January 26, 2011 , , , ,

While people always said ''shop till you drop", we would say "eat till you drop" at Bella Italia's Monday Pasta Madness. At the price of RM30++ per person, you can eat as much as you want. Sounds good to us, the big eater!!

Invited by Ms. Lisa ([email protected]), the restaurant manager of Bella Italia, to review the restaurant, the team happily obliged to this 'arduous' task of eating and enjoying ourselves.

Minestrone Soup
Firstly, we were served with the Minestrone Soup. Minestrone is the name for a variety of thick Italian soups made with vegetables. It is a very healthy version of soup which contained tomatoes, carrots, broccoli and onions.
Garden Salad
Next, we had the healthy Garden Salad which used olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and some herbs as dressing. It was a refreshing yet appetizing dish.
Blue Angel
During the Happy Hour, Bella Italia is having the promotion for Cocktails, House wines and beers, you can have 2 beverages at the price of 1.
Singapore Sling
Fyi, the great cocktails are made by the icon of Bella Italia. He is the oldest and most nostalgic bartender who have served his famous Martinis and cocktails to guests around the world for the past 40 years.

Spaghetti Bolognaise
Back to the main dish, we had the Spaghetti Bolognaise. Al-dente spaghetti topped with creamy and sourish bolognaise sauce.
Rigatoni Zuchinni
Lastly, we had the Rigatoni Zuchinni. Creamy mint sauce cooked with mushroom served with rigatoni. It is a healthy vegetarian dish.
