Both cafe always crowded during lunch and dinner time.WIN SOON CAFE is the branch of the famous fish head noodle stall in Choy Kei Restaurant at Happy Garden, OUG. The owner started Win Soon Cafe to expand their business, making it easier to franchise and manage the brand. Win Soon’s ultimate goal is to be able to turn his brand into a franchise and to spread his recipe to as many places as possible.

Fish Head Noodle (without milk), RM8.50
This giant bowl of noodles comes with fried fish head, fried pork lard, tomato chunks and salted vegetables. The secret is in the soup which has a thick broth-like consistency. The savoury and sweet tasting soup is the result of boiling sar kot, sor choi, Chinese wine and few other ingredients together. I like mine without evaporated milk, the fried fish head was fresh and fleshy.

Fish Head Noodle, RM8.50
The rice vermicelli and fried fish head served in a creamy, rich soup, which is typically made using a mixture of fish stock, milk and Chinese wine. A creamier version with added evaporated milk in the soup.
