Restoran Clan @ Sri Petaling

Clan Restaurant is the originator of this Gai Wor Bao recipe. It's one of the famous place for dim sum in Sri Petaling, located along the first row of shop houses on your right after the BHP Petrol station. Made famous by the creation of Gai Wor Bao, which translates to 'Chicken Nest Bun'.

Drinks
Gai Wor Bao, RM5.00
The bao looks like a birdnest, cut opened into five pieces when served for easy consumption. Bao was fluffy and soft, goes well with the filling. The filing contained pork, chicken, onion and mushrooms in a thick gravy. At the bottom of this bao was a layered of glutinous rice that tasted like loh mai kai.

Crispy on the outer layer and nicely flavor carrot cake...good
