The Bittergourd soup tasted savoury with a light tinge of bitterness and delicate fish taste. Chinese believes that this soup is excellent to remove body heat or cooling down the body. The Yu Chap Noodle Soup comes with springy noodle, bittergourd slices and assorted fish products; fried fish, fish puff, fish wantan, fish ball, beancurd skin with fish paste and fish cakes.
