The Han Room was opened in mid January 2011 at The Gardens Mall (near Louis Vuitton). The restaurant is one of many owned by The Oriental Group (they also own The Ming Room, Noble Banquet and The Oriental among others) and specializes in both classic and modern Chinese creations.

Pine nuts with three types of mushrooms cooked in dark sauce on a bed of steamed rice served in a glazed claypot. The light and fluffy rice mixed with the mushroom gravy tasted appealing with great flavours.

Smooth Cheong Fun (Rice noodle roll) with sweetened Char Siu (BBQ pork) filling is a delicious dish you can find in the Dim Sum's menu.

The Stir-fried Carrot Cake is one of my personal favourite dish. Well balanced flavours with great texture, the taste of the dish seems to be so inviting.

The Signature Fried Noodle consists of simple braised egg noodle with gluten puff and mushroom to complement the noodles. Its chewy texture and well balanced flavours made the dish tasted delicious.
