Hakataya is the most popular ramen shop in Queensland, specialize in ramen with 'Tonkotsu soup' broth of pork bone. Using only special selected bones of Australia pork and secret recipe for the soup, simmered for 39 hours. Their Char siu topping is also from special selected of Australia pork back rib part, being cooked for hours with generous amount of soy sauce and mirin (sweet cooking sake), it melts in your mouth. 'Kaedama' you can order another helping of noodles for free to add on to your soup, special offer from time to time for customer.
