A special condiment, chilli paste is served upon order of noodle comes with half piece of lime to enchance the taste.

Fish Head Noodles
Pieces of fish head, soup with added evaporated milk, Chinese preserved vegetables, tomatoes and a good dash of Chinese rice wine. I like fried fish more, tasted not bad.
