Fried Beancurd with Pork
According to Shirley, one of the signature dish at Foh Chuan is the Fried Beancurd with Pork. Tasted very flavourful and fragrantly good. The beancurd had a strong bean taste but not really smooth.
Kolo Mee with Char Siu
The homemade noodle was springy and nice. The Char Siu although looks quite pale, it was quite flavourful. I like it.
Stir-fry Choy Sum with Pork
Fragrantly good and the pork tasted good too. Choy Sum was still crispy and sweet.
Total bill = RM27 (Including Kit Chai Ping and Chinese Tea)
Thanks Shirley for the nice Meal!

Before going for brunch, we dropped by at Kedai Kopi Jia Hua to buy some bread and pastry. It is just located at the shop lots before Restaurant Foh Chuan.
Kedai Kopi Jia Hua
Location: Corner Shop, Bundusan shoplots

Shirley told me that the Baos, bread and pastry here tasted good. she bought me a Pork Bao and a Kaya and Butter bread. It tasted really good. Soft bun with flavourful fillings (I mean both the Bao and Bread). Sorry that I missed snapping the photos.
