Set amidst a Mediterranean theme, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel's most popular restaurant is best known for its signature international buffets. Diners can expect Japanese fresh raw food, an organic section, oysters and seafood for dinner, and weekend barbeques. For dessert, Terazza Brasserie serves the most sinful créme brulees, bread and butter puddings and cheesecakes. The buffet spread also rotates daily and there are special dishes for every festival. If a buffet is too much, there is also an ala carte menu available. For diners who prefer to relax outdoors, there is the Italian Terazzo section overlooking Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel's beautifully landscaped swimming pool and marquis lawn.
