Master Chef Lee of Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant, Hilton Petaling Jaya emphasizes a healthy menu which consist of fresh ingredients and Chinese herbs. Introducing a new refreshed traditional Chinese fare a la carte menu to local food lovers, as a result of his fruitful travel and culinary learning in China. To get the best out of the taste, Chef Lee also keeps the natural flavors and refrains from using artificial preservatives and addictives. To celebrates coming Mid-Autumn Festival Master Chef Lee has also introduces a premium baked mooncakes and an array of creative snowskin selections with pillowy skin, velvety fillings and intriguing flavors mooncakes, available from 1th August - 30th September.

Chilled Pacific Clam with Salsa, RM28.00
An appetizing cold  dish with finely chopped onion, capsicum salsa and topped with imported Pacific clam

Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with garlic and chicken floss, RM22.00
Deep fried soft shell crab, crispy on the outer layer and moist on the inside. Added with chicken floss and garlic to enhance the flavor.

Braised Sea Cucumber with Flower Mushroom and Abalone Sauce, RM80
The sea cucumber has a soft, slippery and jelly like texture and the mushroom has a thick flesh which were perfectly braised in abalone sauce, both ingredients have fully absorbed the abalone sauce flavor.

Deep Fried Lamb with Cumin and Dried Chili, RM28.00
Well marinated and deep fried lamb, then sauteed with dried chili and capsicum. The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful.

Double Boiled Village Chicken with "Chong Cao Hua" Soup, RM32.00
A nutritious and nourishing Chinese Cordycerp herbal soup.

Double Boiled Chicken with "Shi Hu" Soup, RM32.00
A mild and refreshing taste double boiled Dendrobium "Shi Hu" is a kind of Chinese Herbs as superior as Ginseng, Ganoderma, and Cordycerp.

Steamed Canadian Black Cod Fish with "Yu Feng" Ginger Sauce, RM32.00 per 100g (this dish above is about 600g)
The black cod fish has a thick, sweet and flaky flesh which is simply steamed with a perfect timing, then topped with superior sauce and garnished with crispy ginger.

Sauteed Fresh Prawn with salted egg yolk, RM50.00
Deep fried fresh prawn, sauteed and completely coated with creamy salted egg yolk sauce.

Deep Fried Smoked Duck Fruit Sauce, RM38.00
An aromatic smoky flavor duck topped with a tangy fruity sauce made from dragon fruit which made it a perfect combination.
