Fong Lye Fusion is a Taiwanese Fusion Cuisine Restaurant newly opened at The Garden, which is famous on teppanyaki and shabu-shabu in Taiwanese style. Serving up some good, fresh ingredients for teppanyaki and steamboat, ala-carte cuisines or dishes for family to have a nice sit down meal, nice dessert and quality Chinese type of tea.

This whole shabu shabu experienced for 2 pax only cost RM113.70 after service charge, which I think is a highly recommended and value dining with someone you want to take your time to catch up with, we take around 2 hours plus to finish our meal.

Slightly tasted like Korean style soup served with all those fresh ingredients

Stir-fried spicy pork were added to the soup for extra flavoring

The food presentation looks similar to Japanese food, doesn't it? I do love all the food in this post, such interesting presentation. The steamboat too looks yummy.
