Kuey Chap is a Teochew dish famous in Kuching, Sarawak. This dish which consists of flat, broad rice sheets in a soup made with dark soy sauce, served with pig offal, braised pork, beancurd and braised hard-boiled eggs, can also be found in Kedai Kopi K.S, Taman Cantik.

Savoury broth with smooth and nice texture of square shape's flat rice noodle accompanied by pork offal,  pork, hard boiled egg and beancurd puff, is an exotic delicacy you can find in the restaurant. The pork offal and pork were cooked till tender and flavoured with mild spices.
