1 Beaufort Restaurant @ Kingfisher

After days and days of feasting on all the good food its good to fallback to comfort food, a good high heat stir fry would always do the trick. We're talking about 1 Beaufort restaurant at Kingfisher. Located at the row adjacent to Giant supermarket, this restaurant only recently started operation, serving Beaufort styled Chinese dishes.

1 Beaufort Restaurant
Block C, Ground (Inter) Floor,
Lot 94, Shop 19-0, Lorong Plaza Kingfisher 5,
Kingfisher Park Phase 3B,
Kuala Inanam, 88450 Kota Kinabalu
(Location: Same row with Restoran Juara)
Business hours: 9.00am-2.00pm/ 6.00pm-9.00pm (Closed on Monday)

Bittergourd with Beef RM12.00

The vegetables were drenched in sweet savory fragrant sauce. The beef was soft and tender while the bittergourd was cooked nicely, slightly firm and only mildly bitter. The short duration high heat released just the right amount of fragrance.
Choy SUm with Pork RM10.00

Nice crunchy vegetables, with the same fragrant gravy. While the meat was tender and juicy. Tasty gravy that goes well with rice, a perfect traditional Chinese dinner.

Soy Sauce Chicken RM10.00
One of the signature dish is Beaufort styled chicken. Slightly salty skin drenched in soy sauce, the chicken itself was allowed to marinade for awhile, infusing packs of flavor

Beaufort Stir-fried Noodle RM5.00

Another rendition of the Beaufort noodle is served here as well. Firm and chewy noodle, and carries a signature woody, faintly-smoked noodles. A must try and bathed in thick gravy.
