Yoga is a great way to change your entire body, tone and lose weight. If you are looking to focus on your waistline and belly, even better! Yoga is the perfect way to help you trim down. Yoga is more than just the static poses, it inspires you to practice an overall healthier lifestyle and one focused on becoming a better version of you. Different types of fat in human body:

Eating yogurt regularly also will help in reducing belly fat as the healthy bacteria improve digestive system. Load up on fiber rich food instead or starchy food because it fill you up faster.
Change your lifestyle with more physical activity. For both gender, when you start to exercise the first you lose is visceral fat. The secret to successfully lose belly fat is moderate intensity of physical activity, and at this moderate intensity it will also reduce your risk of cancer, stroke, diabetes and heart attacks, and significantly improve your moods.
