Different types of fat in human body:
Subcutaneous fat is the looser fat that lets you "pinch an inch" and can accumulate just under the skin
Intramuscular fat is found within the skeletal muscles
Visceral fat is the packed between your abdominal organs (stomach, liver, kidneys, etc.), which is what we call intra-abdominal or belly fat
Begin with a healthy diet by eating more vegetables, reduce sugar intake especially on sugary drink, have real food like fruits to satisfy your sugar craving. Focus on foods rich in monosaturated fatty acids it will help reduce your belly fat storage, e.g. olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocodos and fish. Eating yogurt regularly also will help in reducing belly fat as the healthy bacteria improve digestive system. Load up on fiber rich food instead or starchy food because it fill you up faster.
