Bali Hai Seafood Market offers a spectrum of seafood cuisine in the comfort of a Balinese theme setting. Specialise in fresh and live seafood including an assorted range of imported seafood such as Alaskan Spider Crab, Emperor Crab, Snow Crab, Australian Lobster, Rainbow Lobster, Pearl Lobster, Giant Mantis Prawn, Geoduck, Eels and Fishes.

You can pick your own seafood live from the tanks and this is by far the best way to prepare seafood while preserving its original freshness, flavour and taste. Then leave it all to the well trained chefs, you can observe the preparation of your selected seafood from the huge transparent glass separating the diners and the neat a kitchen.

Fried Butter Prawn
Creamy...delicious...fresh!

Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetable
Tom Yum Prawn Soup
Spicy, hot and Sour...absolutely fresh prawn
Steamed Pomfret Fish
Steamed fish was fresh and the simple soy sauce enhanced the sweet flesh of the fish.
Fried Meat Crab with Salted Egg Yolk
Absolutely divine dish, coated with rich and creamy salted egg yolk mixture, the crabs were fresh and succulent , although it's extremely high in cholesterol but worth indulging cause it was one of the best salted egg crabs I've tasted.
