The Westin Kuala Lumpur introduces Southeast Asia’s First Westin Wellness Escape with Well-Being Brand Advocate Jojo Struys

The Westin Kuala Lumpur today announced that it will host Southeast Asia’s first Westin Wellness Escapes from 9 to 10 April 2016 curated by celebrated regional television personality, wellness author and speaker, Jojo Struys.

Westin Wellness Escapes is a series of ongoing well-being retreats taking place at Westin Hotels & Resorts around the globe. Led by fitness experts, the retreats range from workshops in exercise classes to healthy cooking courses, designed to inspire and empower guests through these experiences. With Jojo leading Southeast Asia’s first Westin Wellness Escapes, guests can enjoy a series of wellness-centric workshops, identify and combat daily stress, learn breathing exercises and simple yoga stretches for inner calm and peace of mind.
