Thanh Mai specializes in Bun Moc - a vermicelli noodle soup made from a pork and mushroom infused broth. It's one of the Vietnamese favorite breakfast other then their Vietnam's national dish, the noodle soup known as Pho. The meats in Bun Moc commonly include pork paste balls made from raw pork sausauge, cha lua (pork sausage). This is a delicious and light noodle soup made popular in the northern parts of Vietnam, but can be found throughout the country.
