In conjunction with the Year of the Monkey, Executive Chinese Chef, Vincent Loo and Dim Sum Chef, Ken Liew have created a specially-designed menus for you and love ones.

Alternatively, diners can take their pick from our 4 exclusive prosperity 9-course set menus which start from RM1988 nett onwards respectively per table of 10 persons.
This is their Celestial Court Boston Lobster Yu Sheng with Peach. The work that goes into it is massive. The flavour, sweetness and everything that is good. This is evident in every bite that you take. The soft and tender lobster meat soaks up all the herbs and spices that will make you go "MMmmmhhh..."and leave you wanting more.
  
Another Yu Sheng dish is this with 20 Head Green Lip Abalone and Snow Pear in Traditional Style with its moist, soft, tender abalone meat and smooth texture; also, it is simply gorgeous to look at.
 
Yet another Yu Sheng, this time with Jelly Fish, Monkey Head Mushrooms and Banana in Plum Sauce. The culinary team deserves all sorts of applaud for bringing together such a winning combination in one plate.
 
Thick Broth with Baby Lobster, Shredded Jade Abalone, Dried Scallop and Sea Cucumber. This is in a class of its own. Although it looks like your run of the mill, generic thick broth, but actually, it is laden with abalone, it has the magical abalone to succulent lobster ratio that is just right. Thrown in with the scallop, and tender sea cucumber, its adds more aroma and texture.
 
Braised Superior Bird's Nest Broth with Assorted Seafood and Spinach This dish is out of this world and look gorgeous. The broth is simply bursting out of bounds with flavours, light but aromatic, with a kiss of pungentness, blanketing the soft moist bird's nest.
 
Braised 20 Head Green Lip Abalone with Goose Web, Sea Cucumber in Superior Brown Sauce. The dish is also a winner. The nicely cooked and tender goose feet is bathed in thick but light sauce, that and with their generous portion of abalone, sea cucumber and asparagus, it is all good from top to bottom.
 
Sauteed Fresh Scallop and Sliced Cuttlefish with Flower Fungus and Garden Greens in Spicy Beijing Sauce. This dish was hearty and you can tell it is prepared skilfully and with passion.
 
Duo Combination of Tiger Prawn, Deep fried with Spicy Chilli Salt and Sauteed with Sichuan Style. These fresh and succulent prawn is bursting with out-of-bounds flavour and texture.
 
Braised Authentic E-Fu Noodle with Seafood, Dried Oyster and Bean Sprout in Abalone Sauce. The combination of these ingredients is so luxurious yet so simple at the same time, that one wonders why isn't this dish featured everywhere.
 
Double Boiled Bird's Nest with Dates, Sweet Pear, White Ginseng and Snow Fungus. Looks simple yet elegant and helps with your digestion while boosting your immunity, which is just right for end to a fulfilling meal for your family.
