The special menu consist of a delectable appetizer of Double Salmon Sushi balls with roe, together with Breaded oyster spinach and parmesan béarnaise and Pan seared tuna with wasabi mayo on cucumber salad lumpfish caviar. Savour the creamy Broccoli cream with almond flakes in herbed bread soup before kicking off to the main course. Indulge in a succulent Pan seared and slow cooked lamb loin, marbles Wagyu striploin and end with a sweet note of “Tropical Flora” desserts that consist of Chocolate Millefeuille of Roselle mousse and Chrysanthemum tea ice cream.
Plus, there will also be a cooking class for all guests every Wednesday from 3pm to 4pm in the month of October featuring The Westin Langkawi Resort and Spa festival menus. The cooking class is priced at RM35+ per person for a minimum number of 5 persons to a maximum of 10 persons per class.
