The Bak Kut Teh Mee Suah consist ingredients like mushrooms, fu chum and juicy tender pork meat. Their mee suah was rather thick, dense and yet very smooth. This combination BKT with mee suah was surprisingly good.
Chicken Wine Mee Suah
The chicken wine soup was well flavoured, really aromatic with rice wine and the right amount of ginger. Chicken was still tender and juicy; and mee suah had absorbed those yummy rice wine soup with enough dose of alcohol to turn your cheek into rosy colour.
