Nyonya Style of cooking is the result of fusion between Malay and Chinese, originated from Melaka. However it has recently been commercialised and many restaurants preparing these delicacies can be found every part of Malaysia now. The spicy, rich and delicious Curry Chicken is a great dish to complement with rice. Its heavy spices bring a nice aromatic flavour to the dish.

Fresh prawns cooked in sourish and slightly sweetish Assam sauce is an appetizingly good dish. These dish is an authentic dish in Nyonya cuisine.

Lady Fingers cooked in spicy and savoury sambal sauce is a nice dish packed with exotic flavours. It is also a common dish you can find in a Malay's restaurant.
