Salted Soy Milk (NT$30)
Salted Soy Milk consist of fresh soy milk that has curdled with the addition of vinegar. It is served with crispy you tiao (Chinese cruller) croutons, pickled mustard greens, scallions and coriander. This dish is a hidden gem in Taiwan. Its uniquely great taste made it a must-try dish if you happen to visit Taiwan.

The freshly baked Thick Flatbread has a really nice texture, fluffy and a little chewy. Eaten with omelette and crispy Chinese cruller, it was really delicious.
