Restoran Kari Kepala Ikan Tiga @ Kuchai Lama

While the name of the restaurant might be deceiving, their signature dish is actually Steamed Fish in Superior Soup with a variety of seafood. As for me, I find their Steamed Fish with Ginger tasted really good.

Steamed Soong Fish Head
Steamed Fish Head in superior sauce generously topped with minced ginger and garnished with spring onion, not only smell good but tasted really good as well. The ginger eliminated the fishy taste while brings a nice gingery flavour to the well-cooked fish without over-powering its natural flavours.
The vegetable was a lovely dish packed with fibres and tasted refreshingly good. 

Claypot Fish Stomach
Fish Stomach might sounds a little exotic but cooking it with chilli in a dark sauce and served in a claypot, it tasted uniquely delicious. It was sweetish, savoury and mild spicy.
