The Fried Tofu is a simple but really delicious dish. It was so crispy on the outside, soft and silky inside. Before consumption, dip it with the sweet, sourish and mild spicy sauce.
Braised Brinjal has a slightly sweetish and savoury taste. It is a dish that goes well with rice.
