Anantara Hua Hin provide Thai cooking class instructed by chef, demonstrating 3 Thai dishes under a beautiful gazebo equipped with cooking stations and you will be teach by an experienced cooking instructor one-on-one as you learn through the steps of cooking. The morning started with a visit to Cha-am Market. Chef Bongkosh walks around and picks up different ingredients explaining the name and how they are used in Thai cooking. We learned three popular Thai dishes: green curry, tom yum goong and papaya salad. The cooking class is a perfect vacation treat for a foodie and novice cook like me.
