Sushi Hinata opened for business just 2 months ago, with April 1st 2013 being their grand opening, located on a retail level of St Mary Residences. Sushi Hinata offer a real thrill of sushi prepared by Master Chef Oritsuki originated from Nagoya City with 3 decades of experienced in handling Japanese cuisines. It's highly recommended you be seated at the sushi bar counter where you can witness all the main actions. Although is quite pricey to dine here but it offer a different kind of experience and with a promise of premium ingredients that are specially flew in and reach KL on every Tuesday and Friday.

Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it to you", you are entrusting the chef to create your meal. He will draw upon the freshest seasonal and local ingredients of the day to create a special dinner, featuring both hot and cold dishes and demonstrating the diversity and originality of  Hinata's cuisine. You may enjoy Omakase at the Sushi Bar or on you table or private room.
