Shanghai Style Fried Fish Fillet
Fish fillet is coated with the caramalised sweet sauce and sesame, it goes extremely well with rice, a delicious dish but lack of presentation.
Pork Chop Fried Rice
Simple fried rice with eggs and spring onions, with minimal seasoning used so that the natural fragrance of the eggs and spring onions shines through. It's served togehter with their signature fried pork chop marinated with special spices. A hearty yet wholesome combination.
