Homecooked Nasi Lemak
A good Nasi Lemak is hard to come-by nowadays, especially in KK. Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken, a good anchovies sambal, crispy anchovies, egg and cucumber slices are all my favourite kind of food. Instead of steamed coconut rice, I substitute it with healthy brown rice while the anchovies were baked instead of frying in a tub of oil.
