Yam Basket used to be a common dish served in a Chinese restaurant. However, due to the long process of preparing Yam Basket, many Chinese restaurant chose to forgo these dish.

Diamond Restaurant is one of the old restaurant which serve very good Yam Basket. Being one of the restaurant's signature dish, the Yam Basket is a dish not to be miss. Mashed yam being formed into a basket shape and deep-fried till golden brown, filled with mixed vegetables cooked with chicken and topped with roasted cashew nuts. The photo itself, showed the tastiness of the Yam Basket.
Sweet and Sour Fish
Lightly coated with batter, the fish fillet was fried till crispy and coated with sweet-sourish sauce. Simply delicious.
