Goodness gracious, whats a man got toch arou do to get some sandwich around here. Thankfully Joey Tribbiani won't be cursing when he comes to KK because Bella of Jesselton Hotel has come up with a solution to all our Sub sandwiches worry

We called up our good friend, Chef Leo of Bella, to whip us some sandwich, and he was soo kind to oblige, despite him having to wakeup early to satisfy some bloggers from yours trully :-) So Chef Leo told us he'll be making us Philly Steak Sandwich and invited us inside the kitchen to catch a glimpse of the whole shebang.

After the filling for the sandwich is done, Chef Leo will top is up with Salad.

And Voila, there you have it! A beautiful Philly Steak Sandwich
Next up, Chef Leo will prepare Meatball Sandwich.The crew is already weak on the knees with all that aroma flying around.
First he gives the meatball a good bathing in rich tomato puree which was drenched in olive oil.
He then tops up the meatball with loads of Mozzas..mmMMm..
Baked in an oven to melt and brown the cheese
Add on all the goodness of lettuce, tomato and onions, drizzle with olive oil..

We all unanimously agreed that the sandwiches were marvelous, tasty but light, full of goodness from homemade bread, down to freshest ingredients. Just to note that the filling is not caught in between to bread, rather a void is carved out at the middle and all the stuffing is poured in (like you would pour into a bowl).
